Heart Tassel, tassels,

Dress up your planner or journal with felt & fringe. These new to the shop Heart Tassels come in a variety of color combinations. The heart and tassel are made by me. Each heart is needle felted by me using Maori wool. Tassels are one inch wide and 5.5 inches from top to bottom.
