PROCESSING TIME                                                                                     

Each item is made by me. Depending on the item and my current work load, items may take 3 days to two weeks. Need it quicker? Please contact me. 

SHIPPING                                                                                                             

I ship via USPS. But if you need to utilize another service contact me. I normally only ship to the US, but if you see something that you need contact or email me.

RETURNS                                                                                                 

Custom items are nonrefundable. If the product is defective as a result of my crafting skills, I am willing to work with the customer and potentially offer store credit. I package each item carefully. Damaged or stolen packages are not my responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customers expense.

The Woolly Planner LLC items are not toys. Please keep away from small children as items may pose a choking hazard.  Items are purely for decoration.
